Power Automate Consultancy
A UK-based Power Automate consultant for businesses that run on Microsoft 365. We build the flows, approvals and integrations that turn licences you already pay for into automation your team actually feels.
What we build with Power Automate
- Approval workflows. Expenses, leave, quotes and documents routed through Teams and Outlook instead of email chains
- SharePoint and Excel automation. Documents filed, lists updated, reports assembled without manual collation
- Cross-system flows. Microsoft 365 connected to your CRM, accounting and operations tools
- Flow cleanups. In-house flows that work until the person who built them is on holiday, documented and hardened
When Power Automate is the right choice
- Your business already runs on Microsoft 365, so much of Power Automate is already licensed
- The daily work happens in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel
- You need approvals with a proper audit trail
- IT policy prefers Microsoft-stack tooling
When it is not
Outside the Microsoft ecosystem the connectors thin out and premium licensing creeps in. If most of your tools are not Microsoft, n8n or Make.com usually gets you further for less. We work across all three, so the recommendation follows your stack, not ours.
Common questions
Is Power Automate free with Microsoft 365?
A usable core is included with most Microsoft 365 business licences. Premium connectors, RPA and higher limits cost extra. Part of our job is designing flows that stay inside the licensing you already have wherever possible.
Can Power Automate connect to tools outside Microsoft?
Yes, through standard and premium connectors or HTTP calls, but cost and complexity rise the further you get from Microsoft 365. If most of your workflow lives outside Microsoft, we will usually point you at a different platform.
What does a Power Automate consultant cost?
We start with a free one-hour consultation that produces a shortlist of specific automation scenarios for your business. Builds can start from £200-300, and ongoing costs follow a value-share model rather than a day rate: you pay as the automation delivers.
Power Automate work usually sits inside a wider business process automation engagement. Also see n8n and Make.com, or start with the free process cost calculator.
