Make.com Consultancy
A UK-based Make.com consultant for small and medium-sized businesses. We design, build and maintain Make scenarios that take repetitive work off your team, and we are straight with you about when Make is the right tool and when it is not.
What we build with Make.com
- Scenario design and build. Multi-step automations across your CRM, email, spreadsheets, accounting and project tools
- Lead and order pipelines. Intake, validation, routing and notifications without manual touchpoints
- Error handling that holds up. Retries, alerts and fallbacks, so a failed step does not silently lose an order
- Rescue work. Existing Make accounts that grew organically and now nobody dares touch, documented and rebuilt
When Make.com is the right choice
- You want cloud-only automation with nothing to host
- Your team wants to see and adjust workflows visually
- Volumes are moderate, so per-operation pricing stays sensible
- You connect mainstream SaaS tools that Make supports well
When it is not
At high volumes Make’s per-operation pricing climbs quickly, and complex branching logic gets hard to read on a canvas. That is usually the point where n8n makes more sense. If your stack is Microsoft-first, Power Automate is often included in licences you already pay for.
Common questions
Is Make.com the same as Integromat?
Yes. Integromat rebranded to Make in 2022. Same platform, same scenario model, considerably more connectors than it had under the old name.
Can you fix our existing Make scenarios?
Yes. A lot of our Make work is rescue work: scenarios that mostly run but fail in ways nobody understands. We document what exists, rebuild the fragile parts and add proper error handling, so the automation becomes something you can rely on.
What does a Make.com consultant cost?
We start with a free one-hour consultation that produces a shortlist of specific automation scenarios for your business. Builds can start from £200-300, and ongoing costs follow a value-share model rather than a day rate: you pay as the automation delivers.
Make.com builds usually sit inside a wider business process automation engagement. Also see n8n and Power Automate, or cost a manual process with the free process cost calculator.
