Can Jira work for non-software teams?
Yes, and increasingly that is where the value is: operations, HR, legal and facilities all benefit from structured intake and clear handoffs. The trick is configuring Jira in their language rather than making them learn software-team jargon.
Our Jira is a mess. Can you fix it without losing history?

What does a Jira consultant cost?
